Please allow 10 days for processing and shipping. OnEdgeTacticalSupply.com will contact you in the event there may be a delay. Orders received after 6:00 pm Eastern time will be processed the following Monday.
Terms & Conditions:
All sales are pre-paid before shipping item(S). No C.O.D. We do NOT accept checks. Shipping charges are added to all orders based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method. You must be 18 or older to order from this site. Customer is responsible for obeying all State, Federal, and local laws. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders once they are pulled/packed. A 15% restocking fee plus shipping charges will be charged on all orders that are not accepted once shipped.
Return Policy:
Customer MUST report any damage or errors within 48 hours, and MUST obtain an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before returning any merchandise. We will only consider replacing items with factory defects or damage that are defective or damaged when you receive your order. We will not replace items that are broken or damaged by the customer or normal wear from use. Replacement of items damaged in shipping are based on the shippers terms and policies.Most high end items or specialty items are dropshipped from our distributor and are not subject to any exchange or refund as it would be in transit to buyer. All sales are final. Refunds will be for store credit only. NO cash refunds will be made.
